About this notice
Deulec Industries supplies mold plates, bars, mold bases and die sets, with material sourcing and preparation services. This notice covers personal information handled through deulec.com, our customer accounts, quotation and order forms, and related business conversations by phone or WhatsApp.
Personal information includes details identifying the contact person acting for a company. We handle product specifications together with the customer and order details you provide.

Information we collect
- Enquiries: your name, mobile number, email address, company, city and messages.
- Quotations and orders: product type, material or grade, dimensions, quantities, preparation choices, drawings or notes you share, delivery address, postal code and instructions.
- Accounts: your name, email, company, phone and address; password verification information or connected Google or WhatsApp identity when you use those sign-in methods.
- Business records: quotations, order references, correspondence, order status, payment amounts, methods and transaction references recorded for your order.
- Website usage: pages visited, how you found the website, interactions, approximate location, browser and device details, and identifiers stored in Analytics cookies.
- Website security: browser and device details, request times, connection information and verification signals processed by our website or service providers.
You can browse public product information without creating an account. Details required to respond or arrange an order are identified in the relevant form; optional fields can be left blank.

How we use information
We use your details to respond to enquiries, assess specifications, check availability, prepare quotations, manage customer accounts and confirmed orders, coordinate preparation and delivery, and communicate about your requirement.
Relevant records also support payment reconciliation, service questions, business and accounting records, and protection against account or form misuse. If you receive optional promotional messages, you can ask us to stop them. Service messages about an active request or order may still be needed.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the website and to improve our pages and tools.

Drawings & specifications
Drawings, dimensions, grade selections and preparation notes help us understand, price and fulfil your requirement. Relevant technical details may be shared with the material supplier or preparation workshop involved in your job.
Send only information needed for your request. If a drawing has confidentiality restrictions or needs a separate confidentiality agreement, tell us before sharing it so we can discuss handling arrangements. Avoid unrelated personal information in drawings or notes.

Sharing & service providers
Relevant information may be handled by our team and providers supporting your request: material suppliers, preparation workshops, delivery partners, hosting and database providers, communication and sign-in services, and professional advisers where needed for business records or disputes.
A delivery partner may need the recipient name, phone and address; a preparation workshop may need your job specification. Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law or a lawful authority. Technology providers may process information outside India, depending on their infrastructure and service terms.

We use cookies and browser storage for sign-in, security, your appearance preference, resuming a plate configuration and website analytics:

Saving a browser draft does not itself submit a quotation or order. Remove saved information through your browser’s site-data controls. Blocking or clearing cookies may sign you out or reset preferences; clearing local storage removes drafts. Take care with saved contact and delivery details on shared devices.
07 / CONNECTED SERVICES
Google, WhatsApp & human verification
Google Analytics: our public website uses Google Analytics to measure visits and interactions. Google receives website usage, browser and device information and Analytics identifiers. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, drawings or payment details as custom Analytics events. See Google’s Privacy Policy and Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Google sign-in: if you choose it, we receive the account identifier, name and verified email needed to create or connect your customer account. Google handles information under its Privacy Policy.
WhatsApp: when you contact us or use WhatsApp sign-in, your number, messages and verification-related details are handled to communicate with you or verify your account. WhatsApp has its own Privacy Policy.
Cloudflare Turnstile: when enabled, forms use human verification to reduce automated abuse. Cloudflare processes browser and connection signals, including IP address and user-agent information, for verification and improving bot detection. See the Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
External websites have their own privacy practices. Review their notices before providing information there.

Retention & security
Retention depends on the record and its purpose. Enquiry, quotation, order, payment and correspondence records may be needed to complete your request, maintain business and accounting records, resolve questions or disputes, and meet applicable legal requirements. Browser drafts and sign-in cookies have the durations described above.
The website uses account access controls, protected sessions and verification measures. Keep passwords and sign-in codes private, and contact us if you believe your account or information was accessed without permission.
Account removal does not necessarily remove historical order, payment or correspondence records that still need to be retained. If you request deletion, we can discuss the records involved and any retention restrictions.

Your choices & requests
Update available profile fields in your account, manage appearance from the theme menu, sign out, or clear cookies and drafts through your browser. Contact us to request a summary of information associated with you, correct inaccurate details, request deletion, withdraw consent where processing relies on it, or raise a privacy concern.
Provide enough information to locate your account or request, such as your contact number or order reference. We may verify your identity before disclosing or changing records. We will consider your request under applicable law and explain any information needed or restrictions that apply. Withdrawing details needed for an active service may affect our ability to continue it.

Business use & children
Our products, accounts and order services are intended for business customers and people arranging industrial material or tooling requirements. They are not directed at children. If you believe a child provided personal information through our services, contact us so we can review it.
